This 17th century cottage has undergone significant improvements to enhance its appeal for rental purposes. The summerhouse roof has been replaced and now features Skyguard, a modern alternative to traditional felt, ensuring better durability and protection. The bathroom has also seen an upgrade with the installation of a new heated towel rail, providing added comfort. In the kitchen, a stylish renovation has been completed, highlighted by new solid wood worktops that offer both functionality and charm. Additionally, a damp proof membrane has been applied to the front wall, safeguarding the property from moisture issues. These thoughtful renovations are set to attract potential tenants and ensure a comfortable living environment.
Stowupland, Suffolk Residence
Recent renovations have significantly upgraded the heating systems throughout the property. The gas boiler has been relocated from the kitchen to the loft, creating more usable space in the heart of the home. Every radiator has been replaced and repositioned to enhance efficiency and comfort in the living areas. Additionally, all existing copper pipes have been replaced to ensure optimal performance and longevity. In the bathroom, the design has transitioned from a wet room to a stylish shower and bath setup, featuring elegant brushed brass finishes that add a touch of sophistication. These updates not only improve functionality but also elevate the overall aesthetic of the home.
