Every install is commissioned, balanced and tested before we leave, and you get told what actually needs doing rather than what is easiest to sell.
Some of it is houses. The rest is buildings somebody else is responsible for: let property, managed premises, refurbishments running to a programme. Same trade, different paperwork, and the paperwork is part of the job rather than an afterthought.
A commercial job is the same pipework and the same combustion as a house. What changes is everything around it: the building is occupied, the work has to fit an access window rather than a day, and somebody other than the occupier is signing off the invoice.
So the plant goes on an annual schedule and gets booked in rather than rung about, the readings and settings are written down on every visit, and anything we can see coming is priced separately so it can be budgeted instead of sprung on you in December.
A heat pump is only as good as the system it is asked to heat. We survey the property first, size the unit to the measured heat loss rather than the sales brochure, and tell you up front which emitters and pipework need upgrading. That conversation is cheaper than a cold winter.
